Project Background

To address the expanded enrollment at the University, Trinity Western University (TWU) contracted the construction of a 33,000 sq. ft, 47-modular unit housing complex that had to be completed in 9 months. TWU’s goal was to offer students with the essential comforts of home.

Xenali was selected as the primary supplier of furnishings for this rapid-delivery project. In addition to furnishing over 130 Student suites, Xenali custom designed and furnished In-suite kitchenettes, student lounges, common spaces and storage areas.
